In Addition to offering our Hotel meeting space Embassy Suites Hotel is now the exclusive caterer for the Clay Center. Their meeting space ranges from the 1,883-seat Maier Foundation Performance Hall to a more intimate setting like the John McClaugherty Performer's Lounge.
